HACE Homes is a proud developer of new construction and newly-renovated homes that are sold with Turn the Key, a City of Philadelphia initiative that takes $80,000 off the price of our homes!
Combine this with $15,000+ in other grant funding, most of our homes are less than $1,500 a month and around $3,000 cash needed to purchase!
Buying an HACE Home is not only affordable (much less than renting!), but also the opportunity of a lifetime with grant stacking:
Turn the Key: In partnership with the City of Philadelphia, HACE Homes are being offered with an $80,000 mortgage buy down, so you buy your home for $80,000 less than its current value!
Philly First Home: Being eligible to purchase an HACE Homes property also qualifies for the Philly First Home $10,000 grant!
Grants from Participating Turn the Key Lenders: With over 20 participating lenders, the majority offer grants of $5,000 to $10,000+. We've done the heavy lifting for you by offering you a list of participating lenders and the grants that they offer!

HACE Homes is part of the HACE Community Development Corporation. Our mission-driven work is summarized in 4 words: "From possibility to actuality."
Since 1992, HACE has served over 20,000 individuals with foreclosure prevention, pre-purchase education, credit and consumer education, utility payment assistance, assistance with home improvement loans and grants, and countless referrals for low-income clients. HACE is a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency since 2004 and offers bilingual counseling options.
Our mission is to combat community deterioration through economic development initiatives that address commercial revitalization, small business development, job creation, affordable housing, and the provision of supportive services to meet the needs of residents toward re-building the neighborhood’s economic base. HACE’s goal is to make the Fairhill and St Hugh neighborhoods a place of choice for a mixed-income, ethnically diverse population, and to promote the neighborhood as a center of Latino arts and culture.
